If you have been blogging for a while, or you do it for your business, you are probably wondering how often you should post a new blog. Personally, I think that if you are a professional blogger, want to make your business more well-known, or want to make your company sound like it is the leader in its market, I think that you should be posting at least once a week. Also, if you want to incorporate a blog onto your website, you should be posting no less than once a month. Not only will a new blog cause Google to crawl your website at least once a month, but it will make your company look like it knows what it’s talking about.
Now, the next thing that you need to figure out it is, how you can make blogging a part of your daily routine. As a professional blogger, whether you are blogging for a business or yourself, there will obviously be time constraints and you may have very little energy after a full day at the office. Well, I am sorry to say that there is actually no way to fit it into your daily routine. However, the thing that you can do is write down ideas that you have throughout the week.
Speaking from personal experience, I believe that when you are forced to write, that those times may be the hardest for you to come up with a topic or content. So, what I suggest is carrying around a notebook, or even start a Word Document whatever you have, that serves as a filing cabinet for all of those random thoughts that you may have during the week. I am sure that you are prone to browse the Internet if you are working (especially if you work with computers) so there is something that is bound to pop up every once in a while that can serve is a template for you to write off of. From then on the thing that you can do, each and every time a topic pops up in your head, is look at all of the old ideas you had and revisit them. In turn, this will cause you to do research, thus coming up with a blog for that week or month!
So, how often should you post a blog? Well, that all depends on how serious you are about doing it in the first place!
